Ned's Fighting Army

Imagine you are diagnosed with a disease that will inevitably take everything away from you. It almost seemed unimaginable until Edward “Ned” Jensen was diagnosed with ALS in June of 2022.

This disease is called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), though most people know it as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. We have seen how ALS has affected Ned’s ability to walk and breathe. It will eventually take away his ability to speak, swallow, and move too. Today there is no known cause, treatment, or cure.
